  The Adversity Quotient: We all have challenges, but we try and manage them and thrive despite adversity.  Adversity Quotient, commonly abbreviated as AQ,  refers to an individual's resilience and capacity to handle setbacks, challenges, and adversities effectively. High AQ is associated with greater success in various areas, including career, education, and personal relationships.    Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to manage both your own emotions and understand the emotions of people around you. It’s a little harder to “manage” the emotions of other people – you can’t control how someone else feels or behaves.
